    It’s the procedure employed to give a legal notice to a person (such as a defendant) from a court or administrative body that is exercising its jurisdiction over that person, so as to enable that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body, or other tribunal. Notice is furnished by delivering a set of court documents, called process, to the person to be served.

  • How Long Does It Take to Serve an Individual?

    Most services are completed in 3-5 days.

  • How Many Attempts Are Made to Serve an Individual?

    There will be 3 attempts made to get the legal document served to the defendant.

  • How Does One Know That the Documents Have Been Served?

    We will keep in close contact with our clients by phone or email during the process, and once the service is complete, we will mail or e-mail the proof of service to you.
